NetherlandsxReader: Romeo and Juliet
You flipped through the channels of the tv, the warm remote in hand and your sleeping boyfriend, Tim, better know to you and the rest as the human representation of Netherlands.
Calling you a mixed-matched pair would be an understatement. Netherlands was so stotic and unresponsive. On the other hand, you were so energetic and cheerful all the time it seemed to combat Netherlands' seemingly pissy personality.
The only light in the room now came from the tv, the sun long since set. Groaning, you flopped to your side, resting your head on Netherlands' lap and continuing to flip through channels.
You paused only whe

"Vell I'd like to know ven I can expect great-grandchildren."
" Ludwig and I aren't even officially a couple. How could we possibly be having sex already."
"I don't know vat kinds of things you young people get into. Don't most people have sex at your age?"
"Some of them, yes. But not us."
"Vell you should get on zat. I'm not getting any younger."
Ah, what lovely conversations you'd started having with Walthari ever since Ludwig had asked you out on a date.
You and Ludwig had now known each other for almost three months and had been on mult

A disappointed sigh left you as you walked out of the local animal shelter empty-handed for the third time in a month. A little over a month ago you’d decided to get a pet and settled on getting a dog. But pet stores were so expensive and it would be more rewarding to take home an animal that needed a second chance. So ever since you’d made the decision, you’d been stopping in the shelters in your area in the hopes of finding a companion. But as cute as many of the dogs were, you couldn’t connect with any of them. None of them had managed to take your heart hostage, and that’s kinda what you were hoping for, as s

“What to do. What to do,” you hummed to yourself as you wandered around your apartment. All the bad weather that had been happening recently had forced you to stay inside, only leaving when it was absolutely necessary. And being cooped up inside for so long was driving you stir crazy. And obviously after a certain point you were bound to run out of things to do. Which lead to your current situation; walking around in circles in your living room.
With a displeased groan you collapsed onto your sofa, throwing an arm over your eyes. Everything you could possibly do to entertain yourself you’d done already. You literally could

You hummed happily as you walked home, a skip in your step. You'd just gone to the grocery store and found that the ingredients for your favorite meal were almost all on sale, so you stocked up, intending to make that meal tonight. And when good food was in your future, your mood was always kicked up a couple notches on the happy scale.
Swinging your bags, you made your way inside and began putting away your groceries. You smiled and pulled out the recipe and everything you would need. Nothing could bring you down right now.
You began humming again and started cutting up your ingredients, lightly swaying back and forth.
A hand grabbed your

Humming lightly to yourself, you rummaged through the cupboards of your kitchen, looking for the right ingredients for a cake. Your classes had been cancelled due to the torrential downpour outside and you hadn’t done any real baking in a while, so this was the perfect opportunity for it. You just hoped the power would manage to last long enough for you to finish.
But you would worry about these things as they came. For right now, all that mattered was getting your stuff together and starting the baking process. And of course you couldn’t just settle with the boxed stuff! Nope! Making things from scratch was much more satisfying
To say you had lost your temper may be the tiniest understatement you've ever made .
Ok, eff that, it was the biggest lie of the century. You'd done more than lose your temper. You'd gone past temper to turn into some Hulk-Godzilla-crazy-psycho-war mongering demon from hell. And your poor apartment had suffered for it.
Chairs were upended, cushions and pillows were all over the place, and everything was just in general chaos. You hadn't broken anything, which you were very grateful for. You honestly hadn't been paying complete attention during your rampage and therefore weren't 100% as to the state of your belongings.
Sighing heavily,
You sighed as you watched a young couple swing a little child between them as they made their way around the park. You knew it was way too soon for you to have kids, but part of you couldn't help but wish for a little one of your own.
Deciding it'd be weird to mope about being childless at twenty at the park, you stood up and leisurely began the walk back to your apartment.
"Maybe I should just get a dog or something," you mused, tilting your head back to look at the afternoon sky. Although you knew it wouldn't feel the same. You can only nurture an animal so much.
A frown found its way onto your face as you unlocked the door to your home
"What the hell," you muttered, sitting in the midst of what looked like an explosion of screws, bolts, and bits of wood. That's right, my friend, you had just bought an IKEA desk earlier today against your better judgment and were now working on putting it together.
And failing miserably.
"How the heck does screw A4 fit into hole H6?!" you shrieked, about to throw the pieces into the wall. You were quite surprised that you hadn't ripped the diagrams and instructions into millions of pieces by now.
"Whoever designed these shitty things must have been a sadist," you determined, glaring darkly at the paper that was supposed to be helping you.
“Alright, so it’s down, down, up, back, square, circle, and forward,” you muttered to yourself as you scrolled through cheat codes for Ocarina of Time. You nodded to yourself and turned back to your TV, chanting the code out loud so you wouldn’t forget. Unpausing the game, you made your way to the spot that you would enter the code in, hoping that this time the code would work. You hadn’t been having any luck at all when it came to cheats for this game, but the person who’d posted about this one seemed to know what they were talking about.
So with bated breath, you entered the last section of the code and
